At Vickery’s Sweat Shop, we’re passionate about helping people of all ages and levels get the opportunities they need to prioritize fitness in an enjoyable way. That’s why we’re a proud DEKA affiliate offering a variety of training opportunities and challenges.
If you’re new to DEKA, you should know it is from the creators of Spartan. It is The Decathlon of Functional Fitness, which includes fitness competitions and motivational training for everyone, regardless of your level. With our DEKA affiliate program, we offer quarterly challenges and competitions, so you can push yourself, have fun doing it, and reap all the benefits of being physically active.
As a DEKA affiliate, we’re proud to provide DEKA training at our gym in Livingston, Texas. It’s a great place to train for competitions or work out just for yourself. There are 10 different fitness “zones,” meaning there is plenty of variety for you to choose from. In addition, we have DEKA Strong competitions, which feature these 10 zones but involve zero running.
