Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout at our Livingston, Texas gym. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically backed moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available as a virtual workout.

How Often Should I Do a BODYPUMP Class?
BODYPUMP will really challenge all of your major muscle groups, so we recommend you do no more than two to three classes a week and make sure you have a day off in between. Add two to three cardio classes into the mix, and you’ll shape and tone your body in no time.
